Terms and Agreements:

New Horizons Film & Video guarantees that your system has been completely assembled, tested and is fully functional upon receiving your turn-key system unless agreements have been made for specific circumstances. Please refer to your support card that was packaged with your system for support period and pricing. It should be noted that all product warranties are covered by the respective product manufactures, not New Horizons Film & Video, and you are responsible to register each of your products once you receive your system and maintain them thereafter. New Horizons Film & Video is in no way responsible for any damage, lost time or other catastrophe caused by adding, upgrading, or updating third party software or hardware after receiving your system.

Included in your original turn-key purchase is a 3-year AppleCare extended warranty. If at any time you need to contact Apple please refer to your AppleCare documentation. AppleCare provides a variety of services to help you maintain your system and trouble shoot in case of problems. The service provides built-in support, online support and the AppleCare Protection Plan. AppleCare Online support information is found on the Web at www.apple.com/support and should be consulted prior to making a phone call. Using Apples many discussion forums, tech info library resources, downloads, and electronic manuals, trouble shooting is only a click away! If you need personal assistance, the AppleCare complimentary support number is 1-800-500-7078 (U.S.) 1-800-263-3394 (Canada) during normal business hours. In the event of hardware troubles, the Apple Protection Plan ensures that your Apple hardware (parts and labor) is covered for a three-year period from the original date of purchase. To make certain that your repairs can be made expeditiously, save you hardware box(s) and sales documentation in the event that you need to send you product in for repairs.
